Kids snack time

Trying out a kid’s snack for the first time… It’s a health mix laddu.. ย Tried in a small qty..

Ingredients Needed:

Manna Health mix-100 gms

Cashewnuts -7 pieces

Almonds – 7 pieces

Melted Ghee

Method:

  1. Add cashewnuts, badams in a mixer so that it crushes to pieces..
  2. Then, mix the health mix powder with the crushed nuts pieces.
  3. Finally, add melted ghee to the mix.Keep adding ghee till you get hold of it to make a shape.
  4. Can add some sugar to suit the kids taste..

  1. Hi Vidhu…nice one…but roast cashew and badam, then powder it..will give a better flavor and will last long…
